Race Weekend Late Registration Information
Race Weekend Late Registration will be available for the 15K, 5K, Half Marathon and 5+3K during the 8 On Your Side Health & Fitness Expo that will be held in the Tampa Convention Center's East Hall.
- Friday, March 2, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Saturday, March 3, 6 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Race Weekend Late Registration Fees:

15K - $45

5K Run - $35

5K Walk (Adults and Kids 5 yrs & Over) - $35

5K Stroller Roll (Adults and Kids 5 yrs & Over) - $35

5K Stroller Kids in Strollers (4 yrs & Under) - $15

PLEASE NOTE:
Refunds and/or transfers of registration are not allowed in the Publix Super Markets Gasparilla Distance Classic 15K & 5K or Tampa's Gasparilla Half Marathon & 5+3K.
If you are unable to run the race you registered for due to medical reasons, you may downgrade to a shorter distance. There is no charge for downgrading, however, you will not receive a refund for the difference in entry fee.
If you require a race change, you MUST contact the race office in writing via email by Friday, February 24, 2012.
If the request and change are made prior to Sunday, January 29, 2012, the change will be made at No Charge.
From January 30 - February 24, there will be a $15 fee for making a change in registration. There will be NO changes made over Race Weekend.
If you participate in a race you are NOT registered for, you will NOT be eligible for overall and age group awards.
If you need to make a change in your registration, please submit a request to the GDCA office via email: gdca.registration@verizon.net. Race registration changes will not be made over the phone.
PLEASE NOTE: From January 30 - February 24, there will be a $15 fee for making a change in registration. There will be NO changes made over Race Weekend.
