> Home > Registration > Mail-In 2011 Rules and Requirements Registration Waiver must be signed – the waiver can be found at the bottom of registration form (if participant is under 18 years old, parent or guardian must sign the release).
Race numbers and Timing Tags are required for all races. Refunds or transfers of registration are not allowed for the Publix Super Markets Gasparilla Distance Classic 15K & 5K or Tampa's Gasparilla Half Marathon & 5+3K. If you are unable to run the race you registered for due to medical reasons, you may downgrade to a shorter distance. There is no charge for downgrading, however, you will not receive a refund for the difference in entry fee. You MUST contact the race office via writing (email or us mail) by January 30, 2011 to request a race change. If you participate in a race you are NOT registered for, you will NOT be eligible for overall and age group awards. If you need to make a change in your registration, please submit a request to the GDCA office via email: GDCA.registration@verizon.net Race registration changes will not be made over the phone. If you have race registration corrections, please contact the GDCA office immediately via email: GDCA.registration@verizon.net. Register by Mail Until January 21, 2011 (Do not mail after Friday, January 21, 2011)
To register by mail, please click on the 2011 Registration Form link to print a registration form. Mail to: GDCA Mailed entries must be postmarked by January 21, 2011. Entry forms postmarked after January 21 will NOT be processed until Race Weekend and will require payment of the additional Late Registration Fees. Email confirmations will be sent to those providing email address on or before February 13, 2011. |
