"A Free Day For Kids"
The 2012 Fifth Third Bank Too Good for Drugs Jr. Gasparilla Distance Classic will take place on the University of Tampa Campus at the Art & Polly Pepin Stadium. Pepin Stadium is located on North Boulevard between Cass Street and Kennedy Boulevard. For a map of location please click HERE.
USING A GPS ON RACE MORNING? ART & POLLY PEPIN STADIUM IS LOCATED AT...
All entry fees are FREE through February 22, 2012 for the Fifth Third Bank Too Good For Drugs Jr. Gasparilla Distance Classic. Late-registration will be $5 on race day.
Race Goody Bag, Shirt Pick-up and Late Registration ($5) will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Race Morning and will be located under the stadium seating at the entrance to Art & Polly Pepin Stadium. If your children are pre-registered, please allow plenty of time for picking up their Race Goody Bags/Shirts prior to the start of the Race Day Activities at 9:00 a.m. It is recommended that you arrive no later than 8:30 a.m.
The Race Day Schedule is as follows:
- 8:30 A.M. - 11:45 A.M. - Late Registration/Packet Pick-up: UNDER BLEACHER SEATING
- 8:45 A.M. Announcements: STAGE
- 9:00 A.M. - 10:00 A.M. - Stretching/Fitness with T-BONE: STAGE
- 10:00 A.M. - 2-Year Olds: 30 yds - INFIELD
- 10:15 A.M. - 3-Year Olds: 30 yds - INFIELD
- 10:30 A.M. - 4-Year Olds: 30-yds - INFIELD
- 10:45 A.M. - 5-Year Olds: 1/8 mile - TRACK
- 11:00 A.M. - 6-Year Olds: 1/8 mile - TRACK
- 11:15 A.M. - 7-Year Olds: 1/2 mile - TRACK
- 11:30 A.M. - 8-Year Olds: 1/2 mile - TRACK
- 11:45 A.M. - 9-10-Year Olds: 1 mile - TRACK
